Fortune Teller-

She uses her Psychic Powers to predict the futures and sometimes pasts of others with unusual accuracy, but still not as well as a a Gothitelle, so she does have a chance at things being unclear or wrong. Emileen projected the images she could see into her Crystal Ball, which she keeps on her person at all times even when she isn't doing fortunes. She also uses these same powers to manipulate or hypnotize others that are vulnerable into doing her bidding. Her powers are the strongest at night time in direct starlight, but when she doesn't have access to the stars she projects the current night sky into her Crystal Ball and instead uses that as her power source.
Her eery abilities for predicting the future and hypnotizing others earned her an invitation to this prestigious school.

Move Set

Future Sight- Allows her to see the future or future attack of others and after some time can fire a blast of powerful psychic energy at the opposing person.

Telekinesis- She can raise anything with her mind, but this does drain her energy and depending on the size and weight of the object, she can only do it for a short amount of time before getting worn out.

Psyshock- She floats in the air and closes her eyes, projecting glowing blue and purple orbs of pure psychic energy before she hurls the orbs at the opponent. It explodes when it hits the opponent.

Flatter- She waves her arms and a red beam flies horizontally across and confuses anyone in the way of the attack.

History

Emileen's past is mostly a mystery to others. All that's really known about her is her background. The Blackthorns are a well off family with quite a notable stake in the business world. She is set to inherit this empire after her older brother, or before if he decides to step down from the title. Oddly, her mother is a Mawile and her father is a Roserade, making her brother a Mawile too. This means she had to be adopted, but when asked about her previous life, she simply smiles, tsks, and walks away. All she will let slip about her past is that she used to do parlor tricks quite often, out of necessity to her family and habit. This included things like card tricks, palm reading, omen predictions, and her specialty, fortune telling.
Despite going to a fancy school, she tended to still do these tricks for other students, typically at a price since her powers did drain her after all. These tended to be little things, such as getting her a drink or carrying her books for her, nothing too extreme. For a particularly difficult task though, she did ask for something more vital and that was to be allowed to look into the person's mind. She would use her psychic abilities to read their thoughts and intentions, but what she did with this information was unknown. Most likely, it was because the person who requested something so drastic interested her an she wanted to know more about them. Whether or not she used this information against them was up to her, whether she liked them or not. Reasonably, of course.
Her life was still a pretty good and normal one, until that is she got an invitation in the mail to go to one of the most prominent schools in the county. Sure, her grades were good, but it was still kind of odd and random. Still, she was eager to go as were her parents, so she was sent of to said school as soon as possible.
Of course, just like the other students, once she stepped foot there all memory was lost about what happened afterwards and the next thing she knew, she was waking up in a bedroom of sorts, only to realize she's been kidnapped and trapped there like everyone else.

Personality

Emileen is a very, very clever girl, not just in book smarts but oddly street smarts. She knows how to read and manipulate others, as her species indicates, even without using her psychic abilities. The girl herself just comes off as strange and eery, her deep blue eyes always appearing as if she's looking through you, which she most likely is. She judges others by their intelligence, skills, and personality and whether or not they're interesting. If you catch her interest, she'll try to find out more about you. If not, she'll tend to leave your past alone. However, despite all of this, she actually is very nice and respectful to others, and only uses her powers of hypnosis or manipulation to entertain herself. She tends to act like a proper lady, and curtsies when greeting others for the first time.
She is always plotting or planning something, ready to help her stay ahead if need be, especially in this desperate survival situation. She doesn't physically attack others except in self defense, but that doesn't mean she isn't formidable in battle. She uses words instead to win her fights, and has a bad habit of pushing the wrong buttons because if she's smarter than you, and she'll know she if she is, she's not afraid to put you down with her snide comebacks if you decide to pick on her. She does, however, wilt under pressure and witnessing violence, but it is unknown why she's so sensitive to this.
If you manage to make friends with her, though, she is very benevolent and loyal to you. She'll stay by your side, no matter what, and will come to your defense if need be. She may even reveal some of he past to you if you're close enough. She'll take great caution though, as she's careful what to say to others that are probably out to murder in the school.

Also, be careful what you tell her yourself, as you never know. She may try to murder you, too. Or, at the very least, use this information to her full advantage if you piss her off.

Extra info

- She may be powerful, but she isn't flawless. All of her powers drain her energy, and if she overexerts herself she can pass out, which could be a dangerous situation if she's under attack.
- She possessively has her crystal ball at all times, especially now as her main source of predicting the future. She often is seen polishing it.
- She's pretty finicky, hating to get dirty and always keeping herself primp.
- Oddly, though she is supposed to be adept with her abilities to see the future, she oddly has forgotten how to do it better and is unable to predict the deaths of the other students. The only hints she gets now is a vague prediction that maybe SOMEBODY will die the next day, btu she has no idea who. It could even be herself, and she'd never know because she's forgotten the ability to accurately control her future and past seeing. Though she still has a power of hypnosis, she also doesn't know how to control it as well either. She can make people do minor things, but she can't force others to murder others unless it takes a great deal of focus.
- Her powers only work for those that are susceptible to Psychic types. If they are resistant, she can still have influence on them but not as much, and those that are immune to Psychic types she has no control over whatsoever.
- She loves treats.
- She has a horrific fear of fire, or seeing people get burned or on fire. The reason for her phobia is unknown.
- Don't nag her about her past. It's a sore subject.
